What Reformer Pilates Classes Entail

Attending your first Pilates class, you can expect an exercise routine where we’ll help you get the most out of your session using Pilates exercises, including the Reformer Machine and Pilates equipment on and off the reformer. Adding in training with weights. Here are the membership packages we have for you:

  • Starter Package: People all exercise differently and have their own preferences. Our beginner’s package offers classes twice a week for six or twelve months.
  • The Express Package will give you three classes a week with the option of a six- or twelve-month membership.
  • For the ultimate fitness junkie, we have the Total Fitness package, meaning there is no limit to the number of classes you can join for either six or twelve months.
